Do Not Drink … Play!

[ English ]

If you enjoy a drink every so often, keep your money out of the casino if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your pocketbook, your billfold, and leave all money, plastic credit and chequebooks at home. Grab only the money you expect to use on beverages, tips and only the pocket change you intend to burn and keep the rest behind.

Contemptuous? Not by any means. Realistic more like. You can have a profit after a intoxicated night out with your acquaintances and be lucky enough to hook a long roll at a hot craps game. Hang on to that account considering that it is as short-lived as it gets if you regularly consume alcohol and wager. The two simply don’t go well together.

Keeping your cash back at the hotel is a little dramatic, but precautionary actions for excessive actions is necessary. If you play to profit, then don’t drink and gamble. If you can afford to toss away your assets without a worry, then drink all the complimentary alcohol your stomach are able to handle, but don’t take credit cards and checkbooks to throw into the mix of going after losses after your dead drunk head loses everything!

Permit me to take this one step further. Don’t drink alcohol and then hop on the web to wager in your preferred casino either. I enjoy a drink from the comfort of my condominium, but because I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep credit cards at my fingertips, I can’t consume alcohol and bet.

What’s the reason? Despite the fact that I don’t drink alcohol to excess, when I consume alcohol, it is absolutely enough to cloud my common sense. I gamble, so I don’t drink when gambling. If you are more of a drinker, do not bet when you do. When mixed, both create a ferocious, and costly, cocktail.
